ISO 22000:2005 recognises our factory’s ability to manage the safety of food products under the internationally recognised management system structure. In short our factory has been recognised as adhering to the quality and safety assurance system for our manufacturing process, storage and delivery. Our system also encompasses traceability of manufactured product and raw materials used to produce our gelato.
